Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I need more admin users or storage?
Additional admin users can be added to any plan for $15/month per user. Extra storage can be purchased at $5/month per 10GB. These add-ons will be prorated based on your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Pro Plus plans?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for both Pro and Pro Plus plans. You can explore all features without any commitment, and you won't be charged until the trial period ends.
